Bryan Zesiger's life journey has taken him from the swimming pool to the skies and finally to the vineyards. As a recipient of a swimming scholarship, Bryan attended the University of New Mexico before joining the ROTC program. Following graduation in 1996, Bryan embarked on a remarkable career in the United States Army.
Enlisting in 1994, Bryan began his military service as an infantryman, undergoing rigorous training including airborne and air assault school. His dedication and leadership qualities propelled him to pursue further opportunities, leading him to Officer Candidate School and ultimately to become an Apache helicopter pilot.
Multiple deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, and Korea, where he honed his skills in leadership, aviation, and strategic planning. Rising through the ranks, he served as a commander, overseeing critical missions and operations in challenging environments.
Upon retiring from the military, Bryan embarked on a new adventure with his wife, venturing into the world of entrepreneurship by establishing a small farm winery. A modest endeavor has blossomed into one of the top five largest wineries in Kansas, producing a diverse range of 50 wines, hard ciders, and brandy.
Transitioning from the world of combat to the cultivation of grapes, Bryan has embraced the challenges of veteran entrepreneurship and farming with the same tenacity and determination that defined his military career. With a passion for growth and a commitment to excellence, Bryan looks forward to continuing to expand his vineyard while advocating for and supporting fellow veterans in their entrepreneurial pursuits.
